  • MARK STEIN is the author of the plays At Long Last Leo, Ghost Dance, The Groves of Academe, Relativity, and Acts Unbecoming a Golem, which have been performed at South Coast Repertory, Manhattan Theatre Club, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, George Street Playhouse, People's Light & Theatre Company, Chicago's Bailiwick Repertory, Sacramento's River Stage, and in L.A. at the Group Repertory Theatre and Third Stage. His recent work, Mating Dance of the Werewolf, will premiere this season at the Rubicon Theater in Ventura. Mark also wrote the film, Housesitter, starring Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn; the NBC Movie-of-the-Week, A Quiet Little Neighborhood, A Perfect Little Murder, with Teri Garr and Robert Urich; the CBS Movie-of-the-Week, Chance of a Lifetime, starring John Ritter; and "Help Wanted, Male," an episode of A&E's hit series, Nero Wolfe, starring Timothy Hutton.moreless
