In 1988, Jay Kogen and Wallace Wolodarsky began their writing career for the variety series, "The Tracey Ullman Show," after this they became writers for the hit animated series, "The Simpsons," they stayed on the show for the first four years and wrote many episodes, including, "Last Exit To Springfield." After this they spent three years at universal studios developing series that never went on the air. In 1995, the writing team broke up and since then, Wallace has been directing, writing and appearing in films.
