  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (2)

    • Fuller: City hall wants more arrests on the drivebys - period. We've got no choice. Penhall: I may have a possible solution. Obviously we can't stop the kids from getting guns - right, they can buy them anywhere. But we can stop them from shooting innocent people. Give 'em shooting lessons. Right? They hit their targets, they don't bother anybody else! (Fuller looks unimpressed, Hanson smirks and Hoffs looks disgusted)

    • (Penhall & Hanson are discussing with a gang expert on how Hanson can behave or look to infiltrate a street gang. The expert refers to being "tacked") Hanson: What is tacked? Gang Expert (shows him his neck): Tattoos homeboy. (Hanson turns immediately to Penhall) Hanson: No tattoos. Penhall: We'll talk about it later. Hanson: I ain't getting no tattoos! Penhall: Fine no tattoos.
