  • Episode Description
  • A former female employee of the Company, who has suffered mental trauma after a Company mission went wrong, insists that she is seeing strange lights and hearing unexplained noises in the middle of the night, over her remote home and the nearby Indian burial ground in the rural town of Devil's Ridge. Jason sends St. John and Mike to investigate, and they are just as sceptical as everyone else, putting it down to her mental troubles, but the source of the disturbances is actually a stolen super-helicopter – a third version of Airwolf called "The Scorpion" – is hidden in the area, waiting to be picked up by KGB agents...moreless

  • Quotes (1)

    • (To Jo, upon the site of the Scorpion) Jason: Something tells me that we're the older model.

    Notes (2)

    • This episode is the first of the season to use the familiar style of Airwolf logo on the opening credits – previously, it had been a not-so-nice red version with just the out-line in red. This version of opening credits would remain for the rest of the season's run.

    • It's also the first episode to use 'Guest Starring' credit on the guest cast; previously in the season, this credit had been 'Starring'.

    Allusions (1)

    • This episode completely recycles the footage of Airwolf and Redwolf from the 3rd season episode 'Airwolf II'. Brief mention of there previously being two Airwolfs is given (even though it's exactly the same footage as used here and the II on the side of Redwolf being quite plain to see!)
