  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (2)

    • Roger: A bottle of whiskey and a Modern Bride, my good man. Cashier: I'm a woman. Roger: Just run the numbers, dude.

    • Roger: (Picks up one of Sidney's books) "How Do You Do? A Gentlemen's Guide to Manners". This guy's a douche with a capital bag!

    Notes (2)

    • Roger is seen in his Jamaican Rastafarian disguise from "Francine's Flashback" at the end of the opening credits this week. Having Roger appear differently each week may be a replacement for the topical newspaper headline shown in the first three seasons.

    • This episode premiered on [adult swim] on October 12, 2008.

    Trivia (7)

    • McCreary's Bible company that Roger's runaway persona works for is a nod to Laura McCreary, writer, producer, and story editor on many American Dad! episodes.

    • In the background of Sidney's boss's office there's a picture of a buff God in a bikini. This is the second episode that has that picture, the first being "Rodger Codger."

    • The woman behind Roger at the convenience store is the liquor store cashier that Roger claimed to have a crush on in "The Magnificent Steven." And the woman behind the counter is the owner of the teddy bear store in "American Dream Factory."

    • Francine references Professor Jordan Edelstein, which was Roger's character in "Camp Refoogee." The costume Roger uses is from "Francine's Flashback."

    • Goof: At the end of the episode, after Roger stabs his alter-ego he puts his gloves on, but when he goes out of the changing room, his hands are bare.

    Allusions (8)

    • The green dress Roger wears at the beginning of the episode resembles the famous "green velvet curtain dress" worn by Scarlett O'Hara's character in Gone with the Wind (1939).

    • When Roger is waiting in line at the mini mart he draws a moustache on the covergirl of a Modern Bride magazine while humming the German national anthem "Lied der Deutschen".

    • The hitman requiring letters and numbers for his password is a joke on sites which registration password requires both letters and numbers.

    • Sidney's look and dialect are alluding James Stewart. Also, in Sidney's room there's a poster for the 1953 movie The Glenn Miller Story (starring Stewart), and his alarm plays the 1940 song "Pennsylvania 6-5000" by Glenn Miller.

    • Judy is a reference to Audrey from the 1986 movie Little Shop of Horrors.
