    • Susie: Why are you here. Christmas isn't for six days.
Emerson: (posing as Santa) That's what you get for letting Rudolph organize your calendar.

Susie's Father: Who said anything about her? You know the difference between that Santa Claus and me. He only comes once a year.
Emerson: Who said anything about her? You know the difference between that Santa Claus and me. He only comes once a year.

    • Sister Mary Eunice: That mean old Grinch tossed out all our ornaments. So, we'll need to improvise. Mr. Deakins. You wear dentures, don't you?

    • Frank: Doctor, I've been thinking...
Arden: You want to be careful, Frank. That can be dangerous.

    • Sister Mary Eunice: I know you were a petty criminal, thrown in jail for shoplifting a loaf of bread, and while you were in there, the jailers went caroling in the cell block, and five men held you down and took your virginity. Well... the first one did. The others took your dignity, and your self-esteem, and... most importantly... your Christmas spirit.
