    • Diana, George, John, and Jon Peter Lewis all suspected they'd be the one to go that week. Jon even admitted he had a dream that he was voted off. Unfortunately, that dream became reality.

    • Notice that when they were in the bottom three (John Stevens, Diana Degarmo, and Jon Peter Lewis), Jon Peter Lewis did not choose to hold hands with anyone, unlike John and Diana.

    • Just as with the performance episode this episode which was originally set to air Wednesday April 14th 2004 aired a day later on Thursday April 15th 2004 because of the presidential address on Tuesday. This is the first results show to air on a Thursday.

    Trivia (5)

    • The Bottom 3:
      3. Diana Degarmo
      2. John Stevens

    • The contestants were busy being mentored by Barry Manilow for the following week's show so were unable to make a Ford Music video. However they still showed one. The song was "Nothin' But A Good Time" by Poison. The contestants (as paper cut-outs) get in a car and start driving. They pass by a cop car who starts chasing them. They pull into a parking lot and stop. The cop gets out checks inside the car and sees them lying on the seats. He starts to walk away when the car drives off.
