    • Slappy: Eh, that snake doesn't have a leg to stand on...(looks at audience) Hey, it's the dawn of time! What do you expect? New jokes?

    • (the snake has just been hit over the head) Snake: (dizzy) Colonel Mustard did it in the kitchen...(cannon fires at him) or was it Miss Scarlet?

    • Slappy: (after the snake smacks into her frying pan) You remind me of a very young Scrappy-Doo.

    • Baby Plucky: (after the snake lands in a mini-golf course) Look, Daddy! A snake! (hits the snake with his club) Snakey go down the hole...

    Trivia (1)

    • Baby Plucky Duck (from Tiny Toon Adventures) makes a brief cameo appearance.

    Allusions (2)

    • Snake: Colonel Mustard did it in the kitchen...or was it Miss Scarlett? The snake is referencing the popular board game "Clue", a who-done-it? game where one must determine who killed with what weapon in what room.

    • Slappy: You remind me of a very young Scrappy Doo. Scrappy Doo is the annoying nephew of Scooby Doo that never knew when to give up, much like the snake in this episode.
