    • Narrator: El Paso, Texas, across the line from Juarez . One of the most famous and dangerous towns on the Mexican border. Murder, robbery, plunder--no place of business, no human life, was safe. The call went out for the man who became a legend in his own time.

    • Bat: Well, you were right about El Paso, Wyatt. When it starts to cook, it boils.
Wyatt: Well, you think it boils here, wait until you ride across the border to Juarez.
Bat: No thanks, I prefer a nice, peaceful American burial.

    • Wyatt: By now they're--they're counting my 13,000 dollars.
      Bat: Unlucky number, unlucky you.

    • Elena: Promise me you'll bring Bat with you next time you come.
WyattW: Well, now, I'm not so sure that's a good idea. I'll think about it.
Elena: Well, why don't you think about it and come back tonight? I won't be so busy.
Wyatt: Well, that's the kind of thinkin' I'm pretty good at.

    • Wyatt: Well, Bat, looks like everything's back to normal. The sheriff's back on the job again. I've got my $13,000 back and Browder's heading for the state penitentiary.
Bat: Again. And you're disillusioned with women.
Wyatt: As they say. everything's back to normal. I wonder what the Mexican authorities will do with her.
Bat: Well, it all depends on how hard they fall for flattery.
