    • In a deleted scene from the DVD, the captain of the Tyrrhenian Traveler intends to leave the fleet and make a run for it alone. Roslin asks Adama to send the marines to board her, but he refuses. After Roslin hangs up, Adama orders his pilots to make three passes over the ship to warn it not to leave the fleet.

    • In a roundtable podcast from December 2006, Tahmoh Penikett, Ronald Moore, Jamie Bamber, and James Callis reveal that they consider this to be one of the best episodes of the series.
