Andrew: You might call crocodile the other white meat. This refers to the slogan of the U.S. National Pork Board which advertises pork as a healthy alternative to chicken or turkey. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the slogan "the other white meat" was used extensively in ad campaigns.
