In Scotland, he visits a butcher shoppe, goes game hunting, and eats at an upper class restaurant. In England proper, he travels through London and the Cotswalds. He also makes a quick trip through Wales.Featured cuisine of the different regions include: haggis, pheasant, pigeon, ox heart, and jellied eels.
