  • Episode Description
  • When Griddle demands Allfire purchase a Spanish Villa, Loungealot buys a property sight unseen. Once there, the Camelhotians discover the beach is overrun by North African cows called Moo-ers, with the main bully Cowsius Clay, picking on Flicker. Allfire complains to the King of Spain, King Don, who decides the only way to settle the dispute is a fight among champions; Loungealot and Cowsius. Allfire agrees. Loungealot is quick to turn the task over to Flicker, who soon becomes "El Kid" in an all-star fight promoted by King Don. Flame discovers it's all a big real estate scam and Flicker is about to be pulverized unless the Knights of the Square Table save him. When Geoffrey accidentally saves Flicker's life, Flicker is duty bound by the Code of Chivalry to squire for Count Geoffrey. Things couldn't be worse for Loungealot, who must now attend to all the tasks Flicker once did for him. Discovering a loophole in the Code, the Knights set about to win Flicker back. Meanwhile, Geoffrey is planning his ultimate plan of destruction on Camelhot via his new Evil Pancake Machine, controlled by his new right hand henchman, Flicker!moreless

  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (6)

    • Flicker: Count Geoffrey! You saved my life! Count Geoffrey: I'm having a bad enough day as it is. You don't have to rub it in!

    • Count Geoffrey: Flicker is just the kind of smarts I need to aid me in my evil plans. So I am promoting him to Right Hand Henchman! Flicker: Oh no. I couldn't possibly. Besides, I'm left-handed.

    • Count Geoffrey: Squire, you saved my life. Sir Loungealot: And according to Chivalry Code, um 59...or 74 or somthing or another, should a squire's life be saved or something, than he only need to do the same or whatever...meaning the debt is clear, blah, blah, blah...Even Steven!

    • Flicker: Watch your step Flame. This beach is fraught with, (steps in manure) eeaaiii...hazards...

    • Clicker: Here we are at the Sombrero Bowl for the big match: Cauwsiuclay versus El Kid, who's looking a little green. Cinder: He's a dragon. What do you expect?

    Notes (3)

    • We learn that Flicker is Left Handed

    • In The Reign in Spain, Flicker is wearing his Sphinx Jinx attire.

    • We find out that Flicker weighs 98 pounds.

    Trivia (6)

    • This is the second time in the series that Flicker has joined forces with Count Geoffrey. (First being in Reniassance Dragon.)

    • While Geoffrey is showing Flicker his tapestry of the Dragons eatting Pancakes, Flicker is actually being shown eatting the Pancakes, instead of Sir Burnevere who is not show in the tapestry at all.

    • This is the second time we see the Knights of the Square Table, dress in drag in order to try and trick their enemies into a trap (first being in Robbing Hoodlem)

    • We see, yet again, another bear drawn in the episode of Geoffrey's Evil Pancakes

    • This is the only time we see a living character naked in the show, but it is not the first time we have seen a dragon naked as the statues from Renaissance Dragon and also the statues in Sir Loungealots room (in the background) are also naked.

    • King Don is a reference to Don King, Muhammed Ali's boxing manager in real life.
