    • Michael: You're pissed at me. Tommy: How can I be pissed? You're the prodigal son, you know, if Ma could, she'd kill every fatted calf in New England. Michael: Ooh, you're wicked pissed.

    • Tommy Caffee: You're my brother, Mike, and I love you.

    • Partner: And what the **** does the exception proves the rule mean? If there's an exception to a rule, then it's not a rule... unless that's some ****ing mick logic I don't understand 'cause my ancestors had the good sense to invent scallopini and cannoli, while yours were happy eating potatoes and dirt. Declan Giggs: (laughing) **** you! Partner: Nice comeback.

    • Declan Giggs: (to partner) You know what I think? I don't think you believe in the power of collective bargaining. Partner: That whole idea was invented by the communists.

    • Michael: Pete, you throw like a girl. Pete: Listen, I don't throw like a f#@kin' girl. All right? Michael: It's not the best part of your game, is it? Pete: It's a cruel thing to f#@kin' say. Michael: All right, all right. I take it back. You don't throw like a girl.

    • Colin: How's tricks, Rose? Rose: Tricks are fine, thanks.

    • Gerald: Vulnerable speakers don't last and your brother makes you vulnerable. I'd apologize but you wouldn't believe me if I did. Tommy: I'm not gonna crush you, Gerald, because that's messy and public. No, I'm gonna slip a knife between your ribs and slice your heart.

    • Tommy: The Speaker wants the waterfront, Bob. Bob: You want the waterfront. Tommy: So should you. What if the state agreed to pay double the appraised value of the land inside the eminent domain zone? Bob: This is about jobs. Tommy: It's about money, Bob. It's always about money. And if it's not about money, it's about money.
