  • Blake Shelton is at a all time high. His hit "Honey Bee" is at it's 3rd week at #1 after only a short 10 week climb to the top position. He just said "I Do" to Miranda Lambert and he's part of the hottest show on TV - "The Voice." His latest album "Red River Blue" is set to hit stores on July 12th. Glen Campbell announced this week that he has Alheimer's Disease. He plans to release one more album and then head out on a farewell tour. Alabama did "Bama-Rising" with the help of Brad Paisley and raised 2 million dollars for the Tornado victims. Luke Bryan and The Doobie Brothers did the latest edition of CMT Crossroads and really enjoyed singing each other's music. Some concert mishaps happened this week, Keith Urban stumbled on his new stage while Tim McGraw kicked a guy out from his show for pushing a lady in front of him. Also, Miranda Lambert came out during one of Blake's tour stops to have the crowd sing him Happy Birthday. Adam Black took us to Garner, NC hometown of Scotty McCreery for this week's Bing Home Town Search. Martina McBride raised $150K during her celebrity auction for the YMCA Female Shelter. The dress she wore at the Grand Ole Opry return special brought in the most - $27K. Kristin Chenoweth is going back to her roots and released her first country single and video. Alison previews Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon and interviews stars Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and newcomer - Rosie Hungtington Whiteley. Also, we get a sneak peek of the remake Footloose with Julianne Hough who had to learn some new street moves and Big & Rich's Fake ID is the movies main song. This week's Hit List: #1 Song - Blake Shelton - "Honey Bee" #1 Video - Taylor Swift - "Mean" Honorable Mention: Toby Keith placed on the Forbes.com list as the highest grossing country act with $50 million. Also, Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem" has rocked up to #7, his fastest rising song to date.moreless
