  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (3)

    • Barnabas: You've made a very serious mistake, Professor. Your foolish curiosity has now brought you into my bleak universe.

    • Joe: Everywhere I look it's like I'm living a nightmare.

    • Victoria: My name is Victoria Winters. I am a newcomer to the great house of Collinwood. There is another recent arrival, a being older than the great house itself...trapped outside time by an ancient curse...a tortured creature who may soon free himself of his torment, if only he can conquer the evil powers that drive him.

    Notes (3)

    • Because NBC broadcast episodes two and three together all guest star, producer, writer and director credits for this episode appeared at the beginning of episode two. Even though the DVD added opening and closing credits to the episodes to make them separate, all the credits still appear at the top of episode two. Writers credits are separated by "Hour One Written by" (for episode 2) and "Hour Two Written by (for episode 3).

    • Victoria's opening voice-over was not used in the original broadcast because Episodes 2 & 3 were aired together in two hour format.

    • Runtime: 49:44

    Trivia (1)

    • Julia notes that 10 weeks have passed since she began her experiments, this happened at the beginning of the episode.
