.... After new ratings information sees Frasier's show polling well with old shut-ins but terribly with the young listeners, Frasier agrees to appear on KACL's "Teen Scene" to appeal to the young demographic he desperately needs. Frasier unwittingly walks straight into a hit piece, as the young hosts of "Teen Scene" look to embarrass their guests with inappropriate personal and exaggerated questions. But Kirby finally gets to prove his usefulness by providing Frasier with an arsenal to fight back. Meanwhile, Martin pretends not to be hurt by a romantic fling and Niles tries to show his wild side to Daphne. "Juvenilia" is a very funny episode, one of the bests from Season 9 - the most notable aspect of this episode for me is Brian T. Finney, who steals the show with his hilariously dry guest appearance.moreless
Frasier appears on a teen radio show.
Wanting to attract younger listeners, Frasier meets with Emily, a supposed fan and one of the hosts of KACL's Teen Scene, Frasier finally agrees to do the show.
Everything starts out fine, but the other two hosts including Emily start asking Frasier personal questions, putting him in a spot, and ridiculing him, on things that happened in the past.
Kirby pulls Frasier aside and gives him dirt on the three hosts, which Frasier does not normally like to do, he makes an exception, and puts the three teens in their place, in which the mod thanks Frasier.
Frasier wants younger people to listen to his show so he agrees to go on a teen show and that’s the thanks he gets, I'm glad that he put those teens in their place though.moreless
