  • Roz: (consoling Daphne who has just broken up with Joe) Now, Daphne - if the jewelry wasn't that good and the sex wasn't that good, what have you really lost here? Frasier: And Doctor Roz weighs in with the Gabor approach to therapy.

  • Frasier: (speaking about his coffee cups) My antiques dealer just found an Anne of Cleaves! Martin: He's just trying to rub it in! I'm still trying to find Wilma to complete my juice glass set!

  • Niles: (speaking about Adelle) Just thinking of her lifts my spirits. Thank you Frasier. Frasier: Oh Niles, uhm....look. Niles: (sees Adelle and Rodney snuggling at a table) THE BETRAYAL! Nobody treats Daphne that way!! Frasier: Niles! Whatever you do, DO NOT engage him in a physical fight! The whole thing would just look to weird!

  • Frasier: Niles, before you do anything this rash, you should consider it from all angles. Niles: I've spent three years considering Daphne from all angles.

Notes (1)

  • To promote this episode during its first run, NBC aired a commercial that was a parody of the 50s era commercial for the board game Mystery Date. As the theme from the commercial plays in the background, Daphne opens the little plastic game door to reveal first Frasier, then Martin, then Niles, and finally, Eddie.

Trivia (1)

  • Although necessary for staging purposes, it's unlikely that Daphne would give Rodney the Crane's home phone number when she has a private phone in her room (listed under "Daphne Moon" as we learn from Clive in "The Two Mrs. Cranes").

Allusions (1)

  • Title card: Where Everybody Knows Her Name Referring to Roz and her hangout, "The Sure Thing", this title alludes to the televison series Cheers, and its theme song lyrics, "Where everybody knows your name".
