    • Meredith: She's not answering. Callie: I really want to wait for Cristina. Arizona: Okay, fine. Fine. Let's wait for Cristina. Let's just wait downstairs where it's warm. Callie: No, we can't. The walls have ears. Derek: I'm outta here. Callie: Okay, alright. Um, look, I called this meeting because we can't just keep our heads down and lay low. Okay, we're the reason the hospital's in trouble. We have to do something. We can't let Pegasus take over. We have a responsiblity. Which is why I think we should buy the hospital ourselves.

    • Owen: You guys are killing me. Cristina: It was the right thing to do. Owen: Yeah. You're still killing me.

    • (Jo leads him into a supply closet) Alex: What are we doing in here? Jo: Just wait. (goes at picks up a box of doughnuts) I stole them from the nurses in derm. They won't eat 'em anyway, they're all 'no sugar' and 'gluten-free.' (hands Alex a doughnut) Cheers to an incredible day. You deserve it. Actually, I helped, too. So cheers to us. (takes a bite) Hey, it's powered sugar. It's your favorite. Alex: Yeah. No. Thanks. this is great.

    • April: Matthew? Matthew: Oh, hey. I was hoping to catch you. How's the uh, kid? April: He is doing great. He made it through surgery with flying colors. Matthew: Oh, that's-- That's great. That's good. Uh, April, I, um... Oh, man. (laughs) I had this whole thing that I-I wanted to say to you, and then you look at me and I just... Gah. Okay. Pull it together. Um... You are the strongest, most fearless, beautiful woman I've ever met. You were incredible today. You are incredible. And, uh... I like you. I-I really like you. And I just thought I should say that so you knew, because I--(April kisses him)

    • Richard: Hmm. It's funny how you don't apperciate a thing until you're about to lose it. Callie: No. No, don't-- Don't say that. That's... We can still fight this. Richard: You can fight this. Me? (sighs) I've got an early retirement package waiting. Maybe I'll take it. ... Good night, Torres.

I like the romance between Alex and Josephine. I think they are a good match. I hope the romance gets very romantic emotionally but unfortunately the TV writers probably only know how to make a romance sexual, but not emotional in the way I imagine. I will be highly surprised and impressed if the writers are capable of making the romance as emotionally romantic as I imagine.

I hope real doctors are smarter than the Grey's Anatomy doctors. I have been expecting them to decide to buy the hospital for a few episodes. The show really dragged it on. I think that in real life, the doctors would have discussed the possibility sooner.Really.

How was buying the hospital themselves not the first thing they did? I mean really.
