  • Subtitled - 'the one where Gordon cried 'Fowl''.The usual mix of wannabe chefs discover there is a turkey in the mix! Its no wonder Ramsey appears to go a little more insane each time with this lot being even more rubbish than previous groups!!!

  • good episode...

  • The reward challenge was rather simple, cut a chicken into 8 pieces. The women won, the men did not do a good job. Then the dinner service and once again a disaster.

  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (12)

    • Chef Ramsay: I kept waiting for Jason to wake up, to show some energy, but he never did. And that's why I had to put him to sleep.

    • Chef Ramsey: This morning, I want you to get up close and personal with your product. (tension music starts) Gloria, the chicken, please. Scott, give me the knife. (music gets louder) Everybody ready?
      The Contestants:(slightly shaky) Yes, Chef.
Chef Ramsey: Time to prepare these chickens.
Corey: (in an interview segment) I just don't want to kill it live and have blood splattering all over me.
Rosanne: (in an interview segment) Oh my God. (music gets more frantic)
Chef Ramsey: (holding the butchers knife to the neck of a chicken and then slamming it into the board next to it) Not these chickens, you donuts!

    • Chef Ramsay: (to Vanessa) Talking to you in service is like talking to a refrigeration unit. You're stone-cold.

    • Chef Ramsay: (to Jason) You move like a ****ing tortoise giving birth.

    • Chef Ramsay: Is there anyone out there that's hungry, or is it best you all quit now?

    Trivia (4)

    • Dinner Service: As the second part of their punishment, Bobby of the Blue Team must cook the chicken special at tableside for his Team's half of the restaurant, while Jean Philippe will do the same for the Red Team.

    • Reward Challenge: After psyching the contestants into thinking they will be required to kill a chicken, Chef demonstrates the proper technique for breaking down a chicken into eight pieces, and gives them all five minutes to break down one of their own. The women produce 44 good parts out of a possible 48. Chef doesn't even make it through all of the men, because the men lose 8 pieces between Jason (2) and Craig (6). As a reward, the Red Team gets to go to one of the most famous restaurants on the Sunset Strip, while the men must pick peppers on a 100 acre farm.

    • Best of the Worst: The Blue Team's Petrozza and the Red Team's Christina. Nominees for elimination: The Blue Team's Jason and the Red Team's Vanessa. Eliminated: Jason

    • This episode features a brief appearance by Aaron Song, a contestant from the program's previous season. He is a regular patron in the restaurant to which the Red Team is sent for their reward.

    • Matt: (referring to Craig) He makes me look like the Six Million Dollar Man going out for a jog. The Six Million Dollar Man was a 70s TV show starring Lee Majors as a man with bionic body parts that gave him greatly increased strength and speed.

    • Matt: (in the interview segment) --I felt like I was watching One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest and he just had shock treatments. I don't get it.
