  • Episode Description
  • "Drum Roll Please" JoJo is excited about getting to watch the circus. She's less excited about accidentally breaking a drum needed for the drumroll used in the Froginis' performance. She must make a difficult decision as to what to do. "Cannonball JoJo" JoJo wants to blast out of a cannon just like her Dad does to get to work every day. She's told that she's not old enough, but that the key to success if practice.moreless

  • Quotes (5)

    • Mr. Tickle: Practice is the key to any good circus performer.

    • JoJo: Someday. I don't think "someday" means now. Do you?

    • JoJo: Wow, our whole family got shot out of a cannon.

    • JoJo: Drumroll? Do they really need the drumroll?

    • JoJo: Wow, circuses are so great. I can't wait until I'm a grown-up clown.

    Notes (3)

    • The part showing JoJo breaking the drum is similar to Emmy breaking Wheezie's trumpet in Dragon Tales episode "A Smashing Success".

    • Characters: Skeebo, Mrs. Kersplatski, Peaches, Croaky, Trina, and Mr. Tickle.

    • Jonathan Wilson does the voice of the Drummer Clown in this episode. This is the first instance of one of the background clowns singing. Normally these "stock" characters simply stay in the background and go about performing various tasks, such as helping in circus functions or getting the stage ready for the "Spotlight Moment."

    Trivia (1)

    • The title display for "Drum Roll Please" looks as if it had been done on the fly. There are quotation marks around the title, which isn't normal practice and it isn't in the wacky font normally used for JoJo's Circus title displays.
