  • This episode was so boring. His coworkers pleas fell on deaf ears. This writing was quite a stretch.

  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (4)

    • Hank: You know what I always say... When you plan ahead, when things happen you will always be prepared.

    • Inez: I like soccer, and I like to go to the movies. Hank: Really? Soccer? So you like sports, kind of.

    • Hank: Why does this Asa guy want to live in Enrique's neighborhood anyway? Peggy: Why do you ask that, because he's white? Hank: No, because he's weird.

    • Peggy: Asa, I have shown you over 30 houses now, and I still have no idea what you want. Asa: I want a house!

    Trivia (3)

    • Tagline: "They put salmon in the fish tacos, Hank!" -Enrique

    • Luanne does not have any lines in this episode.

    • In the previous episode, Hank buys Peggy a new black convertible (it's the entire story line), yet in this episode she is still driving the brown sedan.

    Allusions (1)

    • The title is an allusion to the popular opening phrase "Ladies and Gentlemen". The use of "Gentrification" is appropriate as it refers to the phenomena in which depressed neighborhoods are bought by influential people and renovated, and in the process the original residents are displaced.
