  • Quotes (11)

    • Police Officer: Did you know that in Greek mythology, a siren was a beautiful woman who sang so sweetly she could make sailors crash their boats into the rocks? Kind of romantic, isn't it? Hank: Actually, it's pretty irresponsible.

    • Peggy: Hank, close the blinds or put the wig back on Lupe!

    • Dooley: I drank the water. Peggy: In Espanol, por favor. Dooley (in Spanish, subtitled): You are a pig. Peggy: Muy bueno!

    • Police Officer (listening to her radio): Oh God, I am NOT in the mood for a possible arson right now.

    • Chairman Geiger: I didn't make it to Department Head, supervising three people, by letting a substitute teacher take students to a foreign land. Peggy: And I didn't make it to Substitute Teacher of the Year by taking "no" for an answer. Except on "yes or no" tests when "no" was the right answer.

    Trivia (5)

    • Tagline: "My chicken's the star of the show." -Dooley

    • Luanne does not appear in this episode.

    • When the kids are at the butcher's shop, there is one shot where you see Connie standing beside Bobby, but she appears no where else in the episode.

    • At the beginning of the dinner scene Hank puts tomatoes on his taco, in the later shots it shows just lettuce. Later it shows the tomato and then Hank puts lettuce on.

    • When Dooley hands Peggy the paper, she holds it so the writing side is facing her. Then when she collects all the other papers she has the writing facing towards the camera. When she moves the stack so we can see the first paper (Dooley's) it is blank. She never switched it so it should be the side with writing on it.

    • The episode title and Dooley's confession (I drank the water) alludes to the Mexico visitors' term Montezuma's revenge for the gastric illnesses caused by drinking the local water.
