  • Episode Description
  • Peggy has trouble selling a house. When she realizes that the current residents are scaring away the buyers, she hires actors to play their parts. When the dress rehearsal, at the Hill's house, is well received, someone puts an offer on the house, and Peggy agrees to sell it.

  • Peggy is trying to sell a house with people deader than her last jobs.She hires actors to be the owners of the house, but almost sells until, with Hanks help, make it look like a filth shack to keep the house
