  • The Peter's this refers to is located in Babylon, New York. It used to be referred to as Peter's Pasta Cafe and is currently known as Peter's Italian Restaurant.

  • Since the airing of the episode, head chef Vikas Khanna has received a stake in the restaurant. Also, as Manager Andrew Blackmore-Dobbyn states, Gordon Ramsay has not returned to the restaurant since finished taping.

  • The two chefs in the episode were Robert, the Head Chef, and John, the Sous Chef. Also appearing, were Angelo, who was the Head Waiter who served Gordon Ramsay his first meal at Peter's and Nicole, the waitress who Peter made cry. Peter's father who was knocked over accidentally by Peter during the scuffle with the bill collector is Yogi Pelligrino.

  • On the original signage, the restaurant's name is spelled "Dillons." On the signs Gordon had put up before the relaunch, the name shown below the new name (Purnima) is spelled "Dillions."

  • The football team that appeared in this episode is the New York Dragons of the Arena Football League

  • The Olde Stone Mill was built in the early 1800's as a cotton mill. In 1853, it was turned into a rubber products manufacturer, that made rubber rain coats for the soldiers in WWI. In 1925, it housed a pharmaceutical company.

  • This is the first restaurant redone by Chef Gordon Ramsay not located in the state of New York and first in California.
