  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (2)

    • (manipulating a giant-sized toy soldier) Fitzhugh: If I had a few million like you on Earth, I could be Napoleon. I can dream, can't I?

    • Steve: That's one thing they insist at flight school. If you take a plane up you're supposed to know how to land it.

    Notes (4)

    • Miriam Schiller (previously in "Night of Thrombeldinbar") is credited as "Nurse" but it's not clear why. She has no speaking role, and is only seen briefly in a medium-distance shot under heavy make-up.

    • Stefan Arngrim gets a really unflattering closeup as the episode cuts away from the opening teaser to the opening credits.

    • Penned as a social commentary on the Vietnam war.

    • Cited by actor Gary Conway (Steve Burton) as his favorite episode.

    Trivia (8)

    • It is unlikely that a young child would electrify a fence to hold (what he believes are) toys captive.

    • It is highly unlikely that a miniature (to the giants, anyway) toy plane would have working controls in the cockpit.

    • We never really see when the kid sees the ship and finds out its location.

    • What happened to the laser drill they had earlier in the season? It would have been useful for cutting through the fence.

    • The cockpit view as the plane travels in wide circles and goes through a number of acrobatic gyrations never shows any houses or buildings, despite the fact there seems to be lots of stuff nearby (see various Within walking distance observations).
