  • Dick Wolf's development deal with NBC states that his projects go straight to series, which is why Law & Order: Los Angeles did not have to sweat through pilot season.

  • This episode marked the final, and only appearance of Wanda De Jesus as the division lieutenant. She left the production after just two episodes were filmed. The producers stated on September 10, 2010, they were taking the role in a "different direction." It was announced on September 16, 2010, that Rachel Ticotin would take over the role. This was the third change for the character, which was originally written as a male. Rather than re-shooting De Jesus' scenes in this episode, all but one of her scenes with one line of dialogue was left on the cutting room floor.
