This signifies how Sun lost her wedding ring at the beginning of the episode and how it was found by the end of the episode. The title of this episode also refers to Locke's comment that he used to be lost, but he is not anymore, and that he found what he was looking for when he stopped looking.

    Allusions (5)

    • Locke tells Sun that he found what he was searching for by not looking, and that she should do the same. This is similar to a Zen buddhist koan that states "To find something, stop looking for it".

    • When Eko introduces himself as Mr. Eko, Sawyer asks him if that's like "Mister Ed", referring to the TV show about a talking horse.

    • When the Others walk by in procession, a child follows dragging a teddy bear. This is also seen in Peter Pan, when the Lost Boys are captured by Native Americans.

    • Sawyer: In case you haven't noticed, it's every man for himself, Chewie. A Star Wars reference, Chewie (short for Chewbacca) is a character who has a great loyalty and is unable to speak the universal language "Basic" even though he understands it.

    • Episode Title: ...And Found Put together with the show's title, this title creates an old phrase used to describe a place where people go to declare something lost or to report something found.
