  • Quotes (3)

    • Villager: Bad news: we can't hang 'em until tomorrow. Winston: Why not? Villager: The scaffolding's not here. We had to sell some of the wood to buy nooses. Winston: Oh, yes? And what do you plan to hang the nooses from? Villager: Well, we've thought of that. We're gonna have two of our taller fellows hold them. Winston: I don't want to hear any more. Right, we're just going to have to stab them! Villager: But the village children were so looking forward to a hanging. Winston: Oh, yes. Oh, the children.

    • Peggy: You know, Al, since we're in a castle... crown me, baby! Al: Ah, what the hell, it's the first thing I had to pay for this whole trip. All right, Peg, go ahead and say it, what am I, baby? Peggy: You're the king, baby. Al: Make me believe it. Peggy: Who's gonna make me believe it?

    • Hanged Bundy Ghost: Good evening, Bud. We are the ghosts of your ancestors. Impaled Bundy Ghost: Beware! Headless Bundy Ghost: You will die in the morning! Disemboweled Bundy Ghost: Run! Run while you still can! 5th Bundy Ghost: Wanna buy some shoes?

    Trivia (1)

    • In a scene that was cut from the original, but show in syndication, there is a scene where Peggy tells the kids to loot the hotel room. At the time of the original broadcast, the LA Riots were still part of the public conscienceness, and any references to loot was considered to be in bad taste. Even for Married with Children

    Allusions (2)

    • The scene in the Savoy hotel where the assassin from Upper Uncton tries to kill them by wheeling in a fancy dessert called "A Bombe" with a real bomb on the cart underneath it is identical to the same scene at the end of the James Bond movie, Diamonds Are Forever.

    • The Bundy's song and dance number in Poole & Co. Tailors, while trying on different high end sets of clothes that others are paying for is taken from a virtually identical scene as enacted by the Griswolds doing a song and dance number in a high end European clothing store on a fully paid for European vacation in the movie National Lampoon's European Vacation.
