  • Episode Description
  • Martin becomes angry when his landlord, Mr. Lopez, increases his rent by 5%. As a result, Martin refuses to pay the rent which leads Mr. Lopez to send him an eviction notice, and also cut off the heat during a terrible blizzard. As Martin and the gang suffer through the weather together, Martin attempts to settle his dispute with Mr. Lopez but discovers the landlord in a compromising situation with another tenant's wife. Martin informs Mr. Lopez that he will keep quiet only if Mr. Lopez reduces the rent and turns the heat back on.moreless

    • Cole (thinking): Look at Tommy, bald head lookin' like a big ol' milk dud. He better not go to sleep or I'ma get my grub on.

    • Martin (After Gina suggests to get a pizza): Man, please, Gina! Can't none of us make it out there in this blizzard. And the only one who can is the Abominable Snow-Pam. Pam: Why don't you go, Martin. I mean we can just get a rubber band and fling yo' little a** over there!

    Notes (2)

    • The rent increase was actually $5, not 5%.

    • Kymberly S. Newberry is credited for this episode, but does not appear.
