    • In Live and Let Die, Bond filmmakers used 28 different boats to create the massive chase scene, including boats that ran into trees, and other boats... and not always on purpose.

    • To guarantee the safety of the driver in the AMC Hornet stunt, Bond producers had two divers in the river, as well as a heavy lifting crane that could quickly lift the car from the murky water.

    • When Sean Connery left the role of James Bond after Diamond Are Forever he said, "never again." Years later, after being convinced to make another Bond movie, his wife gave the new film its title, Never Say Never Again.

    • In the film Octopussy, James Bond must transport the ACROSTAR Jet on the ground without being noticed. He winds up towing the tiny plane inside a horse trailer.
