  • The FYI broadcast is interrupted by a very special guest. With a very special firearm.

  • Quotes (2)

    • Miles: That's the second time she's tried to kill me today. I'm sorry I thought Smokey Robinson was a forest ranger. Murphy: I apologize, Miles. I've just been a little on edge lately. Miles: I guess so. Your secretary's making a pinata with your face on it.

    • Murphy: I don't know why but I have this very strong urge to walk across the street to Phil's, order a scotch and soda, smoke an entire carton of cigarettes and listen to Little Peggy March sing 'I will follow him'. Frank: Come on, Murph, you don't want to slip back to the old you, do you? Remember 2 months ago, the Mother Teresa incident? Murphy: I was so hard on the woman.

    Notes (3)

    • Pat Corley does not appear in this episode.

    • The opening of this episode features Murphy trying desprately to get a pack of cigarettes out of the cigarette machine. The Temptations' "Way You Do The Things You Do" is the song used for the opening.

    • This episode has different ending music than the majority of the season 1 episodes.

    Trivia (1)

    • You will notice that when Murphy gets home, her walls are unfinished, even though in "Murphy's Pony" a few weeks before, they were. It also seems odd that Murphy tells Eldin he has been there for three weeks since, as Christmas has passed, it has been much longer than that! This is because this was actually the second episode ever shot, even though it was the seventh to be aired. This also explains the FYI elevator doors not being painted yet.
