    Trivia (4)

    • In a previous episode Ned stated that nobody ever steps on the wolf but in "Secrets" there is people stepping on the wolf.

    • When the people who own the cars come back to complain about the dirt being moved about by the boys, in the background one of the complainers is wearing a bright red wig but its a man wearing it not a woman.

    • "School Car Wash" takes place outside the school/school property. It is the second time it has happened but the first that an entire "episode" has been located outside of the property.

    • In the Car Wash episode, Ned's shirt changes from wet to dry many times.

    Allusions (5)

    • In Car Wash, the music used when they are washing the cars seems to be a play on the song "Car Wash" by Rose Royce.

    • (after getting chased by Loomer, Ned and Cookie ran to Moze.)
Moze: You guys look like you've seen a ghost, is everything cool?

Moze said that to Ned and Cookie in a similar way Captain James T. Kirk told Captain Spock in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.

    • After Ned and Cookie try to do the Ghost Illusion/Hologram in Loomer's locker, there is a running-away music sequence. This is in reference to the Monkees TV show which did that in almost every episode.

    • Seth: ....then Busta Rhymes....
He is referring to rap artist, Busta Rhymes.

    • The show Scooby Doo is alluded to in this episode. Making reference by saying "I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids" and when Lisa Zemo loses her glasses, she is dressed the same and says the same thing as Velma Dinkley from Scooby Doo. They also have a scene with the main-hallway-going-in-and-out-of-doors scene when Loomer is chasing Ned and Cookie
