This is a refernce to the 2000 M. Night Shyamalan film Unbreakable. Samuel L Jackon plays the villian Elijah Price, also known as Mr. Glass, who suffers from a disorder which causes his bones to be extremely fragile. This character searches for a man who is the exact opposite of his affliction, or is "unbreakable," and discovers Bruce Willis' character David Dunn who is convinced by Mr. Glass that he is a superhero.
This also references a line from a 2004 Kanye West song Through the Wire in which Kanye discusses surviving a major car accident. The line says, "Unbreakable, what you though they'd call me Mr. Glass?" Tom had just been in a minor car accident and Kanye is one of his favorite artists.
