    • Michael (on the phone with Channel 11 news): This is Michael Scofield, I'm at the Cutback Motel room 11 and I wanna turn myself in.

    • Michael: We'll stroll right into the lion's den and pray we don't get mauled? Kellerman: I don't think they're going to come to Montana, Scofield, so we're going to them.

    • Michael: Who are you? Kellerman: I used to work for the president.

    • Agent Blondie (to Mahone): You think you can just quit? Like you work at a post office?

    • Mahone: Kim and Kellerman can try to kill each other all day long, but I'm out.

    • International Airdates: Denmark: 5 March, 2007 on TV3 Greece: July 21, 2008 at 23.00 on ANT1

    Trivia (7)

    • The SUV that Lincoln, Michael and Kellerman escape with from the police was a Chevrolet suburban but the car they get to the escape airplane with was a GMC Yukon.

    • The surgery proceeded on Terrence Steadman can be used as a joke to explain the differences between John Bilingsley and Jeff Perry, the two actors who play respectively Steadman in Season 1 & 2.

    • In the recap footage it shows a clip from Brother's Keeper of Michael saying "Terrence Steadman, the President's Brother" but in that episode Caroline Reynolds was still Vice President. If you look closely you can see that that scene has been re-filmed as Wentworth Miller's hair is a different length than it was in Brother's Keeper. Also since the episode Flight there has been no mention of the death of President Richard Mailer, in fact his death would have been on the front of the newspapers more than the escape of the Fox River 8.

    • The agent who waits with Mahone at the hospital, is the same agent who killed Veronica and attempted to kill Sara.

    • Kellerman says that a DNA test to prove Steadman's identity would be useless because they can't compare it to anything. Actually they could compare it to the president's DNA, which would prove that they are first degree relatives.

    Allusions (2)

    • T-Bag: There‚Äôs no reason for you to be scared, Suzie Q. Suzie Q is the name of a dance step in the Big Apple, Lindy Hop, and other dances. In line dances this step is also known as Heel Twist (actually refers to step 2) or Grind Walk. The step is also used in jazz dance, and in Salsa shines.

    • The name of this episode, John Doe, is typically used as a placeholder name for a male party in a legal action or legal discussion whose true identity is unknown or is intended to be anonymous. Male corpses whose identity is unknown are also known by the name John Doe. The female version of this would be Jane Doe.
