Reba gets comfortable enough in her relationship with Brian to invite him to meet her family.Meanwhile Brock,Barbera Jean,Kyra,Jake,Van and Cheyanne go to one of Barbera Jean`s family reunions.
Reba invites her boyfriend, Brian to meet her family. I think it was funny because Van was Mr. Macho and protective of Reba when he met Brian. He had this serious look about him when he met him.I also think it was sweet that Brian would have rather stayed in the kitchen and make out with Reba than go socialize with Reba`s family.Perfect man for Reba. Well first of all, ring-a-ding is Reba`s word for sex. I think this episode is funny because it`s been a couple years since Reba well ring-a-dinged. She gets so nervous and offensive when Cheyanne talks to her about birth control[maybe she should have used it]and being careful. She gets nervous that her and Brian are going to get into it while the kids are away and they have the house to themselves.I remember Reba didnt even want to invite Brian in she was so nervous but she did anyway. In the end Reba tells Brian about her nerves. My favorite quote was from Reba:
I dont think people should ring-a-ding to find out if they fall in love.I think people should ring-a-ding because their already in love.moreless
An hour long episode!
This is such a funny episode! Reba finally introduces her boyfriend to her kids. Brock and BJ will be taking them to Fisheye Bottom for BJ's family reunion. When Cheyenne notices that Reba is starting to work out and eating healthier, she suspects that it's because she wants to look good naked. This causes Cheyenne to give her insite on "the talk". When they arrive at BJ's reunion, Kyra's immediatly bored. Brock is scared of BJ's father, Big Daddy, because he doesn't approve of their marriage. And because he has a gun and drinks a bit. BJ's sister Katie Ann immediatly starts to pick on BJ. When Kyra sees this, she tells her how to make her sister shut up.Kyra actually enjoys herself, and warms up to BJ. At home, Reba attempts to have sex with Brian in her bedroom... until she sees all her kids pictures stareing at her. She decides to go to a motel... but the clerk was reading the bible.... Reba decides she's not ready, and is afraid that Brian will break up with her. He assures her he won't, and as he leaves, Reba gives him gatorade and a granola bar for the long ride home.moreless
This epi was really really good!
I thought this episode was fantastically entertaining. It was really funning and left you wondering the entire time. van protectiveness for Reba is so cute and i love that we get to see it so much during the series. I like that Reba is standing by her principles and also that she is open to change. The Cheyenne talk was drop-dead hilarious! Barbara Jean's family was a hoot! They are all so similar with their own twist. Big Daddy! Ha Ha Ha are my only words. Another great epi for the Reba crew. Great job ya'll and keep' em coming! ~Magsmoreless
Brock, Barbara Jean and the kids are going to Barbara Jeans family reunion. Reba invites her new boyfriend Brian home to meet the family. Cheyenne gives Reba "the talk".
I think this episode is so funny!
Van wanting to protect Reba is hilarious ("Do you kids know what time it is?", "Hey casanova, keep your shirt on!")
When Cheyenne and Reba are having their awkward mother/daughter moment about "Ring-a-Ding" I must keep my self from falling off the couch.
It's so funny, because Reba totally freaks out, while Cheyenne lectures her about birth control.
Brock is really nervous about meeting Barbara Jeans father (known as "Big Daddy"), that is funny.
Kyra being supportive of Barbara Jean when her sister is horrible to her, and them getting closer is nice (Kyra letting Barbara Jean hug her was so sweet).
Reba Hart contemplates whether or not to have "ring-a-ding" with her new boyfriend, Brian, while her family is at Barbara Jean's Family Reunion in Fisheye Bottom for the weekend. After Reba is lectured by Cheyenne about safe sex, she prepares for her even
This episode was hilarious!! Cheyenne lecturing Reba was certainly a change!!!!! It showed where Reba stands on her mother-daughter relationship with Cheyenne. It was definitely "character development" for the both of them. Reba learned to trust her daughter's opinion when it comes to this matter, condsidering the situation. Barbara Jean learned to stand up to her teasing sister, with some help from Kyra of course. Kyra and Barbara Jean became closer just like Reba and Cheyenne. All in all, it was a very funny episode!moreless
