  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (7)

    • Tina Fey: Last night in St. Louis, President Bush and Senator Kerry squared off in the second of three Presidential Debates. This time, the candidates took questions directly from the audience and then said whatever the hell they were gonna say anyway.

    • Tina Fey: Howard Stern announced Wednesday that when his contract is up in 15 months that he will join Sirius satellite radio in a deal reportedly worth $100 million dollars. Now the question is: Will Americans pay $13 a month to hear a bunch of guys throw bologna at a stripper's ass? What's that? Yes, they will.

    • Amy Poehler: Britney Spears is recording a rap song about the recent controversies in her life. "I can't wait to hear that," said no one.

    • Tina Fey: The newest trend among students at Brigham Young University are T-shirts that read, "I Can't. I'm Mormon." Which have been countered with T-shirts reading, "You Will. I'm Kobe."

    • Tina Fey: A man who had a heart attack while he was alone in his house was saved when his dog brought him the phone so he could call for help. However, it should be noted, for every one of these heart-warming stories, there's a million others where the dog just sits there like a moron and watches you die.

    Notes (6)

    • Sketches not shown in the 60 minute version: "Basketball Recruits," "TV Funhouse: The X-Presidents," "Rodney Dangerfield Goes to Heaven," "Starkesha the Pollster," and Queen Latifah's performance of "Hard TImes."

    • The "Basketball Recruits" sketch was originally in the dress rehearsal of the Ben Affleck episode. Rob Riggle, Kenan Thompson, and Finesse Mitchell had the same roles in the dress rehearsal version as they did in the live show version (Rob was the college coach, Kenan was the dad, and Finesse was the basketball player forced to choose between the college coach and the NBA coach), but Seth Meyers's role (the NBA coach) was Ben Affleck's role in the dress rehearsal and Queen Latifah's role (the mother) was given to Maya Rudolph in the dress rehearsal.

    • Chris Kattan only appears to introduce Queen Latifah's second song. He does not participate in any sketches.

    • Horatio Sanz introduces Queen Latifah's first song.

    • The "Short and Curlies" pubic hair shampoo commercial originally was intended to air on the Ben Affleck/Nelly episode.

    Trivia (1)

    • In the "Basketball Recruits" sketch, the camera cuts from Rob Riggle's character to Letron (Finesse Mitchell) and his family (Latifah and Kenan Thompson) before Riggle's character is finished with his rant. This goof was fixed in the NBC rerun of this episode by replacing the live show part with a dress rehearsal that still cuts from Rob Riggle to the family as he's talking, but the accidental zoom-in that made that part look awkaward is not shown.
