  • Viewer Ryan Huddleston notes this episode is where Kramer first mentions his friend Lomez. While Kyle Westphal seems to have missed this mention, he's noted that Kramer has also mentioned Lomez in the following episodes: "The Package", "The Fatigues", "The Slicer", "The Betrayal", "The Apology".

  • The winner of the 1995 New York City Marathon was German Silva of Mexico in a time of 2 hours and 11 minutes.

  • Kramer says "water went down to 58 degrees", however in the previous scene the thermometer reads 52 degrees.

  • When Jerry had offered to put up Jean-Paul in a hotel, he responded by saying that he planned to stay with Elaine, and that it would be rude not to. Then, later, while Elaine is wandering the streets searching for Jean-Paul, she hears Jerry's and Jean-Paul's voices repeating in her head. Jean-Paul's says, "I trust Elaine. She is my friend." However, this was not his original response to Jerry, and he never says this in the episode.

  • Wilhelm sends George to meet the reps from Houston where they are going to discuss the possibility of inter-league play. This episode was first aired in 1995 the first inter-league game would not be played until June 12, 1997.

  • Watch when Elaine goes over to her neighbor's apartment to ask her if she has seen Jean Paul. When the neighbor opens her door it almost closes behind her but magically it re-opens without her touching it (obviously by one of the crew).
