  • A different ending that was never filmed was mentioned in "Notes About Nothing." It featured George selling Roy's artwork to Kramer for a small amount of money. Kramer then states that Roy died, which meant that his artwork was now worth a fortune, and George regrets selling it too soon, knowing that he could've been rich.

  • Jerry noted in an interview that the line, "Let me finish my coffee and we'll watch them slice the fat bastard up" was not in the original script. It was improvised on the day of the taping.

  • For the record, the company from Milwaukee was in fact Miller Brewing Company, of Miller High Life and Miller Lite fame. Second biggest brewer in the country. This is why this case got so much press. He originally won about $25 million in damages, but later had to file for bankruptcy after Miller appealed and the courts threw the case out.   • This episode sparked a lawsuit from an employee of a company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. The employee claims that this company allegedly used the following incident as an excuse to fire him. He discussed this episode with a female co-worker. She didn't get the joke. So he provided a photocopy of a dictionary definition of the body part in question so he wouldn't have to say it.

  • When Elaine talks about her friend's condition in the hospital, she says "prognosis negative", which was the name of a movie she and Jerry wanted to go see in "The Dog".

  • Spoiler alert!: "cl*-T*R-*s" is an archaic pronunciation. "CL*-t*r-*s" is the preferred pronunciation. This left many people wondering how they arrived at Dolores.

  • Jerry says that the mint bounced off a "respirator thing" and into the patient and we do hear the sounds of a respirator during the surgery but when it shows the patient, it's obvious that he's not on one.

  • This episode aired out of production order. Consequently, while Jerry is seen in this episode playing with his yo-yo, two episodes later, in "The Handicap Spot", Jerry mentions to George that he is considering getting a yo-yo.

  • Spoiler alert!: The name "Dolores" was suggested by a woman in the audience during filming and was not in the script.

  • There is no way that the music and sound effects that coming out of the TV were from Home Alone.

  • cli-TOR-us is an archaic pronunciation. CLIT-ur-is is the preferred pronunciation. This left many people wondering how they arrived at Delores.

  • Spiler alert!: When "Mulva" leaves Jerry's apartment in disgust that he didn't remember her correct name, Jerry mulls it over for a brief moment, and then runs to the window and shouts down to the street, "Dolores!" The time elapsed is only about 4 seconds from when "Mulva" shuts Jerry's door, and Jerry running to the window. It would take much longer for "Mulva/Dolores" to reach the street in front of Jerry's apartment.

  • Doctor Siegel in this episode is named after Superman Co-creator Jerry Siegel. Superman is Jerry's favorite superhero.

  • Jerry: We're like Leopold and Loeb. Leopold and Loeb were an infamous duo from Chicago who kidnapped and murdered a boy in 1924.
