  • Sue delivers an ultimatum to Andrew regarding the future of the drama department and he responds by writing a school play with Miracle in the lead, leaving Helen jealous. Meanwhile, Sue discovers that alcohol influences Ennis' intelligence in a positive way.

    • After its cancellation, it aired reruns on Comedy Central. Now it stopped airing. But the revival will air on the Hub network turning it into a kids show.

    • This was originally the series finale until Sam Register acquired the series with creator Hurwitz to revive the show with another season with students and making it a kids show to air on the Hub network.

    • Season finale.

    • Ennis' line "You're watching Sit Down, Shut Up on FOX" is either being altered to "You're watching The Bruno Show on the Hub Network" or being removed since FOX no longer airs the show.

    • This episode influenced the second season to have a music video per episode.

    • Andrew: OMG, Miracle. I never knew you could sing like that. It's like you could be the lead in Wicked. Kristin Chenoweth played the lead role of Glinda in the Broadway musical Wicked.

    • Larry: We can't spend the rest of our lives in arrested development. Ennis: Well, not more than three years anyway. This is a reference to the sitcom Arrested Development, which starred Jason Bateman and Will Arnett, and ran from 2003-2006.
