    • Hammond: Hank, how was the grilling? Landry: Medium-rare.

    • Landry: I can make it an order. Lam: The last time you ordered me to bed I think I was six.

    • Daniel: That warm fuzzy feeling you're experiencing may be the effects of a device that's inhibiting your ability to concentrate and focus your powers Mitchell: Symptoms may include…dizziness, irritability… Daniel: Nausea Mitchell: Mild nausea, and a condition known as hotdog fingers.

    • Mitchell: (to the Prior about the Ori) They’re using you. Prior: Pity not the blind man, for he is hindered not by the visions of this world, but rather pity yourselves. Mitchell: Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Prior: For he will see the light before you. Mitchell: I’m going to get something to eat.

    • Daniel: Well, for starters, did you know that the Ori need people to worship them, because that’s how they gain their power? (the Prior looks startled) Mitchell: He didn’t know. Daniel: No, he didn’t know that.

    Trivia (4)

    • Trivia: General Hammond's uncle was a wedding planner. He apparently used to always say "Things are darkest just before the dawn."

    • The virus spread geographically throughout the world. The "vaccine" would have to be administered it seems to at least 30-40% of the people in the various countries it was exposed to and finding all carriers of the virus is realistically impossible. That means the vaccine would have to be administered to roughly 20% of the world's population and eventually to the entire world population. Unless the process to create the vaccine was simple (which the show indicated it was not), it would be essentially impossible to carry out the vaccine adminsitration in the amount of time the show suggested.

    • Lam claims that they were able to come up with a vaccine using the blood of people that were cured by Gerak as well as Orlin's work, and used the vaccine to cure people infected by the Prior plague. This is incorrect due to the fact that a vaccine can not cure a person affected by a disease, it can only prevent the person from getting the disease.

    • Trivia: In this episode, the character Gerak says "I die free" right before he cures the people in the SGC infirmary. In the season 2 episode "The Serpent's Lair," Bra'tac said these same words when he betrayed Klorel, and Klorel was using a hand weapon on Bra'tac. Teal'c also says those words when Apophis was about to kill him in the season 1 episode "The Nox."
