    • Fez: Um, guys. I don't know what "consummate" means. Hyde: It means to have sex. Fez: Really? I now have two words for that!

    • Eric: It's time to hear the Eric Forman part of the story. I'm throwing down the gauntlet! Donna: Okay, smarty. What's a gauntlet? Eric: Huh? What's a gauntlet? What's a gauntlet... what's a gauntlet? (pause) I don't know what one is, but it's going down!

    • Joanne: I can't believe that you're so threatened by something as trivial as me grilling chicken. Red: It's not trivial. Men grill. It's been that way since the first caveman bonked the woolly mammoth on the head, and threw it on the barbeque. And his cavewife made the salad.

    • Kelso: All right guys, it's time to make a withdrawal from the First National Bank of pinball. (opens the pinball machine) Kelso: Oh man, no one's playing. Fez: Well, I would have played but my frogs and chickens wouldn't fit into the slot.

    • Girl #2: Cat killer. Girl #1: Bastard. Girl #2: Porn freak. (Girl #1&Girl #2 walk away) Donna: Okay, they can be talking about anybody. Hyde: Hey, we're all porn-freak bastards, but [Eric]'s the only one who killed the cat.

    Trivia (3)

    • Jackie is wearing a t-shirt with the initials "JSB" on it; however, her initials are J.B.B. (Jackie Beulah Burkhart) as we found out in Halloween (season 2, episode 5).

    • The events in Donna's story refer to the events from the following episodes: Wanda gives Derek back the "promise ball and chain": Donna gave Eric his promise ring back in the season 3 finale "Promise Ring", which led to their breakup. Derek says he killed Wanda's cat Sir Bonkers: Eric accidentally ran over Donna's cat Mr Bonkers with his Vista Cruiser in the season 2 episode "Kiss Of Death". Wanda found a chastity belt in Derek's carriage: Donna found a pair of panties (which turned out to be Midge's) in Eric's car in the season 3 episode "Eric's Panties". Wanda found scrolls with "lewd renderings of naked serving wenches" under Derek's bed: Donna found a stash of Playboy magazines under Eric's bed in the season 3 episode "Hyde's Father".

    • Jackie enters the basement and say: "Oh my God Donna, great story!" while she is holding the newspaper by the sides. In the next shot, while the gang is laughing, she is now holding it by the bottom.

    Allusions (1)

    • Joanne: I'd love to make a salad. Red: Great! Joanne: As soon as Red admits he's not asking me to make a salad, he's trying to put me in my place. Red: You are woman, I hear you roar. Red is referring to the female anthem "I Am Woman" (1972) by Helen Reddy. The song begins, "I am woman, hear me roar in numbers too big to ignore..."
