  • Episode Description
  • As Eric prepares to go to Africa, Kitty is still having problems dealing with his departure. Donna is also having problems; she can't come up with an appropriate going away gift, but some advice from Kitty puts her on the right track. Charlie accidentally sees Kitty naked, and his attempts at apologizing only make things worse. Jackie is still in Point Place after telling everyone she was leaving for Chicago; her attempts to give Hyde one last ~last~ chance don't quite go the way she hopes they would.moreless

    • Kelso: It's perfect. Look, Red assumes that everyone is either a pervert or an idiot. Kelso and Fez (at the same time): He thinks I'm both. Kelso: See, and if you walk in on Red naked, he's gonna assume that you're the biggest idiot in the world. Charlie: That kinda makes sense! You probably hear this all the time, but... you're really smart. (Fez looks at Kelso while Kelso thinks) Kelso: I do hear that all the time!

    • Red: Charlie here walked into our bedroom and saw Kitty naked! Bob: Woo hoo! How was that?

    • Red: I can't think of anything worse than sending you to Africa. You're going to Africa.

    Trivia (3)

    • Of the three times Donna is seen disguised as Leia from Star Wars (the other two being in the season 1 episode "A New Hope" and in the episode "Gimme Shelter" from this season), this is the only time she wears this outfit for real, and not in a dream sequence.

    • (trying to relieve the tension in an uncomfortable sitation) Charlie: So, Mr. Forman, how wrong was it for us to get into Vietnam? Red has mentioned being in two wars; those were The Second World War and the Korean War. While he never fought in Vietnam, he's made his feelings about that war quite evident, most notably in A Legal Matter, when he yells at Donna for telling Fez that Vietnam was an illegal war that the US lost.

    • Eric: So, I gotta go over to Donna's... get my going away present. Man, she is, like, the world's worst gift-giver. Remember that ugly sweater vest? And that huge man-ring? Donna gave Eric the huge man-ring in the season 5 episode Ramble On.

    Allusions (1)

    • Eric: Donna, from now on, the only thing I'd like you to say is, "Use the Force, Eric." The phrase "Use the Force" and Donna's costume are both from the movie Star Wars (1977).
