  • Quotes (3)

    • Petey: (reaches for the money) Sommers, about the flash roll... (Jaime smacks his hand) You sure that there's nothin'... funny about it? Jaime: Funny? Petey: You know... queer... wouldn't be the first time the government sent somebody in with counterfeit and them not knowin' about it... Jaime: Petey - you know what? There ain't no way you're gettin' your hands on that money, to see it, feel it, smell it, touch it, no way, nada, okay?

    • Jaime: You think [Boylan]'s gone to Hidalgo and you want me to follow him in there. Oscar: Right. Jaime: Wrong. Listen, you've got plenty of men who can handle this job - why are you sending me? Oscar: I sent two of my agents into Hidalgo. I haven't heard from them since. Jaime: Oh, swell. Oscar: And besides, one of the few things we know about Frank Boylan is that he has... a great fondness for... beautiful ladies, and since you're the most beautiful lady in the O.S.I., I thought... Jaime: You think all this flattery is gonna get me to go, don't you? Yeah, it probably will.

    • Jaime: So, in order to make the guest list of Hidalgo, you have to make the Ten Most Wanted list here first? Oscar: (chuckling) Guess so.

    Notes (3)

    • Though credited, Martin E. Brooks does not appear in this episode.

    • The get-away scene toward the final few minutes of this episode was obviously shot at Universal Studios Hollywood's backlot. If you take the tour, your tram will stop right in front of that small road, and the tour guide will pretend that something's wrong with the tram; suddenly a deluge of water will start down the trail, headed right for you...but will disappear in the ground just before it reaches the tracks you're on.

    • Diane Civita, previously appeared as Arlene Hart in "Jaime's Shield."

    Trivia (2)

    • When Jaime and "The Weasel" are on the road to the small town of thieves and bandits, their tires are shot out by a roadside Bandito who insists that he be the one to take them into town. When "The Weasel" protests, pointing out that it'll be difficult since they now have four flat tires, the Bandito exclaims, "No problem," and they cut to a scene in which two large oxen are pulling the Jeep. Problem is, there's no advantage to using the oxen. After all, it's the tires that are damaged; the oxen would only replace the engine, but it works fine.

    • In the opening scene, Jaime meets "The Weasel." Throughout their conversation, Max is heard growling in the background, presumably because he "senses" something bad about him. As the guy starts to explain why he doesn't want to go back to prison, Max is shown in the background laying completely still on the couch, but the growling sound continues. This sound effect was obviously added in later.
