    • Jan: Mom told Alice that if we don't fight city hall now, we'll all be living in concrete jungles.
      Cindy: What does that mean?
      Jan: No more parks.
Marcia: No more grass, no more flowers, and no more trees.
Cindy: Where will they put all the squirrels?

    • Carol: Oh Mike, they just can't close that park. Well, parks are almost as-as extinct as buffaloes.
Mike: You're so right. I haven't seen a buffalo in the neighborhood for months.

    • Alice: You mean a big, strong, handsome man like you isn't married? Man: Well, maybe it ain't that i just found Mrs. Right yet. I don't see no ring on that finger either. Alice: They call me Alice.....Available

    • (Bobby and Cindy try to have the man sign the petition) Man: You radicals sure start young! Cindy: What's a radical? Bobby: I guess it's somebody who likes to play in parks.
