  • Rob needs to have a tooth removed, as Jerry removes it Rob dreams that he lives in the old west and needs to save the town from Big Bad Brady. Rob can't seem to remember to bring his guns ( he can't recall where he left them including his gun belt!) Deputy Buddy finally brings them, just as Big Bad Brady and Rob go to battle. We find that Rob needs to practice more (he can't shoot all the bottles on the bar.) Rob is about to wake up only to be told by Jerry, that a World War 1 script is needed. Rob asks Jerry to put him under again and take another tooth so Rob can think of what to dream about!moreless

    • Rob: (looking at guns to buy) Do you have anything in black? Most of my wardrobe is black. Salesman: No, I haven't got any black. How about a set of pearls? (hands Rob pearl-handled guns) Buddy: Pearls would be perfect. What else goes better with basic black?

    • Sally: Howdy, Sheriff, welcome home! Rob: Howdy, Miss Sally. Sally: And here's your favorite: fried chicken! (sets a plate of food on the sheriff's desk) Rob: Oh boy! And hominy grits! Sally: Oh, I don't know, about 40 or 50.

    Notes (1)

    • This was the last episode to be filmed, but not the last to air. "The Last Chapter" was the series finale.

    Trivia (2)

    • The Gunsmoke set was used for the episode and the only time the shot on location!

    • In this episode Rob is in Jerry's Dentist office. And, as everyone knows, Jerry's office is in his house next door.If you look at the window, there's the skyline of New York city. As a matter of fact, it's the same skyline as in the window at the writers office.
