    • Goof: After Ashley becomes a big-time diva, we see Will at the Peacock interviewing new talent for a replacement for Ashley with a sign that says, "Ashley Bank's Former Agent Seeking New Talent". It should say "Ashley Banks' Former Agent Seeking New Talent".

    • Goof: In the beginning scene, Uncle Phil tells Nicky to go use the restroom before they leave and Nicky goes, but towards the end of the scene Phil says that's everyone even though Nicky hasn't returned yet.

    • Will (to Carlton): Pour some water on her and she'll melt. Will is alluding to the 1939 film entitled The Wizard Of Oz. In the film, Dorothy (Judy Garland) throws water on the Wicked Witch of the West (Margaret Hamilton) and the witch melts.

    • Will (to Gordy's associates): Hey Rob Fab, blame it on the rain brothers. Will was talking about Milli Vanilli who were a pop music duo that fraudulently released music in the 1980s.
