  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (9)

    • Philip (to Will): You would, boy, if he said that he was a big rap star whose album just went platinum.

    • Philip (after Will's explanation of why he got a job): That's the biggest load of bull I've heard since I left the farm. Nobody does anything without help. People open doors for me and I've worked hard to open doors for you. It doesn't make you any less of a man to walk through them.

    • Will: If there's anybody that's not anything like Carlton, (hitting his chest) it's this guy right here man. (Carlton enters the kitchen) Carlton: Geoffrey, I'm famished. Can you make a gargonzola sandwich on a croissant for me? Heavy on the Grey Poupon. Will: (seemingly outraged): Uncle Phil is right. I'm turning into Carlton man. I'm gettin' soft. Yo, that's it man. No more of these sissy sandwiches, no more preppy parties, and no more hittin' Uncle Phil up for handouts. And you know what? You see this check? (tearing up the check) Now you see it, now you don't. The Funky Fresh is back in the flesh with a vengeance, holmes. (Geoffrey begins to walk away with the sandwich originally meant for Will, but Will stops him) Will: I'm gon' eat that though. I'm just not gonna enjoy it.

    • Carlton: No Tina. I don't care if you can get in for half price, I am not taking you to see Jungle Fever.

    • Philip (talking to a man dressed in a pirate costume thinking it is Will): Can I talk to you? This isn't easy for me to say, but I'm really sorry about how I acted. I'm only human. Tonight you showed me you are becoming a fine young man and I hope we can grow closer together. ( man turns around and it's not Will) Waiter: What did you say pervert? Philip: Oh. I'm sorry. Waiter: Look man, this is 'Treasure Island', not 'Pleasure Island'. that's a block down the street.
