    Notes (11)

    • All villains are in this episode, except the Rowdyruff Boys, but that's because this episode takes place during Season 4. The boys reappear in Season 5.

    • This episode has similarities and one difference to the last aired episode of the anime series Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z: * The episodes both involve saving the town by giving up their powers, but regain their powers at the end. * Even though they're the last aired episodes, they might return. * The only differences is that the villain in the original is a gnome and the Rowdyruff Boys don't appear in the original, but appear in the spin-off episode. * The episodes also both have all the villains trying to defeat the girls.

    • This episode is the series finale, but there were rumors that their bringing it back after Craig McCracken finishes up Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends.

    • Even though this episode takes place during Season 4 (but ends up in Season 6), the PPG fans and the producers think that this episode is the series finale, because this is the final episode to be aired (with the exception of the US) and ends with a musical hit.

    • There are 20 songs in this episode.

    Trivia (3)

    • Three scenes of this episode have a very flashing background, that could cause people that have epilepsy to get headaches, however this is not as strong as the flashing lights in the episode "Electric Solder Porygon" of Pok√©mon, which caused seizures. The scenes where the flashing background is are when the gnome is in the sky right after after the red clouds stop talking. The second one is when the gnome is capturing everyone evil. The third one is the scene when the gnome falls through the jing-jang symbol.

    • Craig McCracken had originally intended the character of Gnome for Jack Black, back when he was relatively unknown (Craig was a fan of Jack's Tenacious D musical troupe), but after Jack quickly became successful, he became too difficult to get for the role.

    • At the end of the sunshine song, when the gnome passes then, if you look closely you'll see another gnome!

    Allusions (1)

    • Episode Title: See Me, Feel Me, Gnomey
The title refers to a song from the rock opera, "Tommy," by The Who. The episode is a musical, although not in the style of "Tommy"; more in the style of faux rock musicals like "Hair" and "Godspell."
