    • Long before The Ray Bradbury Theater, this short story was slated to be adapted as an episode of the original Twilight Zone. The show was canceled before it could ever be done, however.

    • This episode is based on the short story "Here There Be Tygers" by Ray Bradbury. The story was first published in the Raymond J. Healy edited anthology New Tales of Space and Time (1951).
